Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of several online pieces as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
